So I’ve narrowed it down to two possible winter coats. This is Chicago so a winter coat needs to be taken seriously.
I’m in love with the Nicole Benisti Parka but the specs are nonexistent in comparison to the Canada Goose Trillium Parka. The Canada Goose is a TEI4 enduring weather up to -15F.
So it’s hard to compare the two for warmth. Quite an investment but oh that blue and army green is oh soooooo pretty right?
My first Chicago winter so wish me luck! Hopefully I’ll find the right coat soon.
Okay so life happens and in my case it was a big move. I can happily say we are now settled in our new city of Chicago!
What a road trip from San Francisco to Chicago. I can’t wait to post all the pictures from our road trip adventures. Antelope Canyon being the highlight. It’s a must see and we had the most amazing tour guide from Drew Anderson at Adventure Southwest.
It’s currently snowing outside here in Chicago and I am loving living in a snow globe. Although I keep hearing wait until February!
Currently researching winter coats a little late but finding a coat that doesn’t make me look like a marshmellow has not been an easy task.
I am excited about this new adventure and once again looking for sunshine in all things that come my way.
