I ♥ a theme party! I just attended a friend’s 70s theme birthday party (think American Hustle) at Park Tavern. If you are ever looking for a party venue in SF this place is great. They have a stylish upstairs room that is fantastic and of course the food is always good. I love their smoked deviled eggs and the Wagyu Beef Jerky. Big fan of this place. And of course our hosts were divine-thanks for the fun night!
I found this vintage 70s Mignon maxi dress on eBay and absolutely love it (great seller http://www.ebay.com/usr/arhny151). I will be wearing it again. Make-up and eyelashes were done by Tiffany (love her) at MAC Cosmetics on Union Street. And yes, the spray tan was overdone but I asked for extra 70s dark (Brown Sugar on Union)!! The go to shoe is the YLS Tribute shoe. It goes with everything and they are so comfortable. I want them in every color. The YLS Tribute shoe in blue is on the want/lust list. I can’t wait for the next theme party! I am thinking 90s theme party.
